The Moore Brothers are known for their particular brand of modern, soulful indie pop, blending lush, melodic vocals with dance-worthy beats. Led by multi-instrumentalist Jake Moore on keys, guitar, organ, mandolin, banjo, and lead vocals, their songs are enhanced by Ike Moore’s creatively layered harmonies and often-improvisational guitar riffs. There’s a vibrant energy to their tracks, with effortless lyrics that explore emotions and situations in simple, memorable lines: “City lights / all look the same / when it’s 3am.”  The Moore Brothers are influenced by a wide range of pop, rock, and R&B artists, from The Weeknd and Maroon5 to John Mayer, Van Halen, and Bruce Springsteen, weaving vocal harmonies into catchy, radio-ready hooks that showcase their knack for producing hip, polished hits.

Born and raised in Hickory, North Carolina, brothers Jake and Isaac Moore began performing original acoustic music over fifteen years ago, gaining momentum and attention as their sound evolved into the animated, edgy indie pop it is today. They earned a loyal following for their dynamic performance style, touring extensively and playing up to seventy live gigs a year. They also earned recognition and endorsement from a wide range of musical outlets and companies, including Martin Guitars, Fender Guitars, Hammond Organs, D’Addario, and others. The Moore Brothers have performed at a CMA after party with Collin Ray and John Berry, been featured in a Pam Tillis video, opened for Charlie Daniels, and played a long list of festivals and iconic venues, including MusikFest, MerleFest, Eastern Illinois University, Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation, Musicians Against Childhood Cancer, Dollywood, Martin Guitar Showcase at CMA Fest, The NAMM Show, Nashville Guitar Fest, OBX Festival, Station Inn, Biltmore House, WOB Street Fest, Dorton Arena, ETSU Freedom Arena, and elsewhere. As four-time GRAMMY contenders, the Moore Brothers have received nods for Song of the Year (for their 2019 single “Too Far Away”), Record of the Year (for their 2020 single What You Wanted), and were up for Pop Duo of the Year in both 2019, 2020 and 2021. They’re planning the release of their first full-length album in early 2022.

“The Moore Brothers are full of energy and entertainment. They aren’t just 'another band', these young men can really play, and are always a fan favorite anytime they take the stage!” Steve Johnson - Event Producer/Artist Relations Manager - Wilkesboro, NC

“They really shocked us at the Midnight Jam at MerleFest. We were asked to curate the jam there. People take a lifetime to reach this stage and these young men think they’re ready? Well, these two started melting my brother’s face! They shocked everyone and stopped the show. They were so good that Martin Guitar actually built them a guitar. They’re going to be the next best thing. They have that genius quality to them.” Dan Fedoryka/MusikFest - Bethlehem, PA
